In the aftermath of explosive new January 6 footage revealed by Fox News primetime host Tucker Carlson, there have been false claims made by Biden officials that police officers were killed by protesters during the Capitol riots.
Attorney General Merrick Garland in particular misrepresented the incident and implied that five police officers died due to the January 6 incident.
“I think all Americans saw what happened on January 6th, and most of it saw, most of us saw it, as it was happening,” Garland said. “It was a violent attack on a fundamental tenant of American democracy. That power is peacefully transferred from one administration to another. Over a hundred officers were assaulted on that day. Five officers died. We have charged more than a thousand people with their crimes on that day. And more than 500 have already been convicted. I think it’s very clear what happened on January 6th.”
Attorney General Garland fundamentally misrepresented the January 6 incident in his statement. No police officers died due to attacks by January 6 protesters.

You can’t be honest and be a democrat. Being a liar on a Democrat’s resume is an enhancement not a detriment.

Former FBI deputy assistant director of counterterrorism Terry Turchie said Attorney General Merrick Garland wouldn’t recommend approval for a search warrant for the Unabomber’s cabin on Thursday’s “Jesse Watters Primetime.”
“I’ve never said this publicly, but I’ll just tell you right now because it just sickens me to watch and listen to Merrick Garland, because Merrick Garland was in charge of the prosecution at DOJ of the Unabomber,” Turchie said. “And I have to tell you something: He would not recommend to the AG that our search warrant to get into Theodore Kaczynski’s cabin be approved.”

I’d rather the DOJ be hit with a bunker buster
WOW
And Garland carries the stench of a commie...
A tenet is "a principle or belief generally held to be true. Organizations from religions to fields of study can have guiding "tenets" that hold them together as a group. It is sometimes confused with tenant which refers to the occupier or a land or building. Remember that "tenant" and "occupant" both end in "ant."

“You can’t be honest and be a democrat.”
That’s how they roll. Promise everything, deliver nothing and blame someone else.
I have noticed lately that they are being exposed more often for all to see.
I want to be optimistic...

Misinformation Disinformation Malinformation
I think there was a man and a woman who died when flashbangs were thrown down from above into the crowd, exploding near their heads/upper body. Both may have had underlying medical issues and the misuse of crowd control munitions contributed to the deaths iirc. I will research to confirm....
yes... except in the case of overt election fraud.
people didn't buy it.
people STILL don't buy it.
people need to go to jail over the events on nov 3rd, 2020..
Here’s info on the motion being filed.
“Attorney Joseph D. McBride wants to put an end to it. He is now filing a motion to stop the U.S. government from defrauding the American people and thereby perpetrating injustice to J6 prisoners.
who files the motion?
No, it wasn't; and it wasn't a tenant, either.
tenant = a person who occupies land or property rented from a landlord.
tenet = a principle or belief, especially one of the main principles of a religion or philosophy

I would like to know what percentage of the criminal defense attorneys in Washington D.C. voted for Joe Biden, or, contributed to a Democratic Party candidate.
95% would not surprise me.
Most January 6 defendants are receiving completely WORTHLESS legal representation.
In the last 26 months, the closest thing I have seen to a defense strategy is to blame Donald Trump, or, try to call Donald Trump as a witness.
He’ll have to take it to the supreme court.
