Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) on Sunday said former President Trump isn’t “what he used to be” after the former president touted his 2024 campaign in remarks to the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) the day before.
“Look, he is the front-runner. There’s no doubt, he’s essentially an incumbent president running for renomination — not reelection, but renomination — and so of course, he’s the front-runner right now and ahead in the polls. But there are lots of indicators here, that he’s not what he used to be,” Christie said on ABC’s “This Week.”

Trumps speech was actually very very good. It started slow and I thought he didn’t have it last night but he just got relaxed and got so so good.

Chris Christie used to be under 300 lbs. He’s not what he used to be.

Christie is a RINO and will stab anyone that threatens Democrats in the back.
I hate to say it, but he’s right. Trump seems to have been busy cultivating the worst parts of his personality (his penchant for crazy personal attacks on anybody he views as a rival).
I think Melania needs to do an intervention.

Trump has experience—he has been though the mill and knows what people will do. That is why they fear him and will do everything to keep him from power! I believe they will ever try to Oswald him if he looks like he might win. His VP pick better be right! Like Lake or some other anti-Deep State crusader. Not a hack like Pence or Cruz. I hope he has the right guards and not people who can be bought off with Chinese Billions to look the other way when the bad thing goes down.
As I said before—The bullet that takes down Trump will be the first bullet of Civil War II (this time the south will win and Donald Trump Jr. will be the President of the new CSA).
