U.S. Army Secretary Christine Wormuth predicted that if China got into a "major war" with the U.S. the Communist-led country would attack the American homeland.
"The United States homeland would be at risk as well with both kinetic attacks and non-kinetic attacks – whether it's cyberattacks on the power grid or on pipelines," Wormuth said Monday at the American Enterprise Institute, a Washington, D.C.-based think tank.
Kinetic military action is a euphemism for active warfare, including the use of lethal force, according to Politico. Non-kinetic action includes soft force such as diplomacy and cyberspace operations.
Wormuth also said the Chinese attacks would be used to lower U.S. morale.
"They are going to go after the will of the United States public," she said. "They're going to try to erode support for a conflict."
China-U.S. relations appear to be further deteriorating – amid recent concerns about the Chinese Communist Party spying with over North American with surveillance balloon and its possible military support of Russia in its war on Ukraine.
Wait until many of the millions who are invading us from the south are organized and activated. It will be ugly.
And I will get out the popcorn to watch the leftists murdered by chinese soldiers ‘cause I refuse to defend them.

I think you’re right. The corrupt in U.S. government will likely find themselves surrounded in every direction. Instead of defending these evil azzholes, a lot of Americans would likely turn on them.

There's already an army of at least 5 million commies sons within our midst, and more pouring in across the southern border as we speak.
And we have found that, just because one is a 4th. or 5th. generation American, does NOT make him a patriot.. We know that by what we see in our the streets this very day..
If a shooting war does break out, the large cities will have so many different factions at work it will be impossible to tell the good guys from the bad.
The small (or smallish) towns will become fortresses, keeping out ANYONE they may deem a risk..
Come to think of it, after a few years, it may be something like that movie "The Postman".. And it may all happen a lot faster then anyone thought it could be possible...
So, those of us who live in rural America, better make a real attempt to get to know our neighbors, buy lots of books on wild edibles, and make some serious plans for hard times...

I've been expecting to hear, any day now, that someone dumped a bunch of fentanyl into the drinking of a city and ten thousand or more people are dead..

Said the same thing to my wife when I read this crap. I remember what the Japanese Admiral Yamamoto said about attacking the U.S. Something like: “I am afraid we have woke a sleeping giant.” Something along those lines. He knew from his time in the US, how our INDUSTRIAL base would quickly rally to make war materials and we had millions upon millions of men ages 17 to 45 that could go into the military. Problem is, we don’t HAVE AN INDUSTRIAL BASE any longer. The only damned thing we make in America today is those automobile floorboard liners, Weather Teck or something along those lines, they advertise they are made in the USA. The only other thing we make is nothing. Sure, cars. But in the event of a war, the auto industry wouldn’t stop making cars, to make Jeeps, Hummers, Abrams tanks, fighter jets. It takes three years or more to make one Carrier now. In WWII we were turning out those babies like five a week or two. They did not have all the bells and whistles on them that they do today. Our new fighter jets, damned parts are make all over the world. Not just here. Nope, a war with Red China scares the hell out of me.
God knows we have already sent most of our weapons to Ukraine. Not much left to defend ourselves. By design.
