However things change new people come here nd are absorbed into our culture and change it a bit based on the enduring idea of America as a place where freedom lives.
My ancestors came as pilgrims, fought the British for freedom twice shed their blood to free slaves and have made continuous contributions since 1630. The idea is the same but is always applied different by each successive generation.

No, they can’t kill your memory of your long gone granpappy, but they can kill him. Then the memory fades. America has been dead since the Civil War and maybe as quickly as the Whiskey Rebellion which George Washington put down with prejudice.
That was the first act I can think of where personal Liberty was destroyed over a personal transaction of booze. People were always free to barter, and a bottle of whiskey for a horse, or a coin is still a barter.
We got better, but then worse during the Civil War. Then came the early 1900’s, and the country was stolen. Gone in the middle of a patriotic surge of war making.
I can assure you that they want Americans frozen in their decisions. They are keeping us from using kinetic action until it is too late. It is getting to that point very quickly. THEY DO NOT WANT to be shot personally. THEY are the ones who need to be driven from society, and from the nation as a whole. If we don’t fight back, will we ever?
As soon as they put the fences and barricades around the Capitol, we should have by the millions swarmed into DC. We should have broken down fences and freed our fellow countrymen. Let them fire the first shots, but be willing to die for America.
We are serving THEM, when we send our young kids to do service in the military. Don’t serve up your kids to these insane demons. Put them onto the streets beside you and pull down the barricades, and truly storm the Capitol.
Set up a guillotine and hold outdoor trials in abstensia for Pelosi, Schumer, Romney and any other anti-American S-O-Bee.

No. They don't. That is the problem. How can they be absorbed into an idea? And with all the people coming in the culture is becoming diluted. You have nothing to bind you together any more.

Does not sound like an idea but a country. With citizens, a culture, a civic religion, a language, borders and all that goes with it.

Well as someone who's family was here long before 1630 let me tell you, we are a country not some nebulous concept that can be rewritten every generation as you continually import people to replace those who's COUNTRY this is.
