Former President Trump renewed his attacks on Fox News this week, accusing the network of underplaying a new poll showing him with a double-digit lead on Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in a potential 2024 Republican presidential primary match-up.
Trump, in reference to the Fox News poll published Sunday that showed him leading DeSantis by 15 points in a hypothetical match-up, knocked the media giant for “promoting” DeSantis “so hard and so much that there’s not much time left for Real News.”
“Reminds me of 2016 when they were pushing ‘JEB!’ The new Fox Poll, which have always been purposely terrible for me, has ‘TRUMP Crushing DeSanctimonious,’ but they barely show it,” Trump wrote. “Isn’t there a big, beautiful, Network which wants to do well, and make a fortune besides? FAKE NEWS!”

We know Trump’s policies work. He has a record to run on. No one cares about his attack style.

Trump will loose worse this go around than he did in 2020.
Fox is establishment, Ron is getting to close to the establishment. This will ruin Ron's chances now and in '28.

The process for the nominee needs to play out just like always.
Just because you like a 24/7/365 political food fight doesn’t mean everybody does. Many who have already seen the Trump politics reality show don’t want to sit through another rerun there. The danger for Trump is those folks he needs to get elected tune him out forever because of style and not substance.

Yep....to the point that of potentially not voting for him.
Particularly in Florida.....after the way Governor DeSantis protected the people of that state from the draconian covid mandates attacking him with petty name calling could be a bad mistake.
If trump is the nominee I’ll certainly vote for him but like you said I won’t be surprised if the outcome is what you predicted.
