Former Vice President Mike Pence condemned "apologists" for Russian President Vladimir Putin within the Republican Party, an indirect dig at former President Donald Trump, during a foreign policy address delivered on the first anniversary of Russia invading Ukraine.
"While some in my party have taken a somewhat different view, let me be clear," he told the University of Texas at Austin's Clements Center for National Security Friday. "There can be no room in the leadership of the Republican Party for apologists for Putin. There can only be room for champions of freedom."
Pence described Russia's war in Ukraine as "unprovoked" and "unconscionable," noting more than 300,000 people have been killed and "millions more" have been forced to flee their homes during the conflict.
"Beyond the courage of the Ukrainian people, we've also seen free nations of the world unite to stand with the Ukrainian people and stand up the Russian aggression," he said. "We will not stop providing [vital military aid] until victory is achieved."

Can such an entity deter its own nuclear annihilation by posing a threat of a swift counterblow. Can the evil such an entity represents create such fear and loathing that it undermines the fear of retaliation that it depends upon for its depradations on the world.
How can such an entity tell that it has pushed so far that it's deterrent is now a pointless gesture in the effort to save itself from the world annihilation that it's nihilistic culture is striving?

The world is a complicated place. I think the Western support so that the government in Kyiv does not fall was the correct thing to do. Now we need to be ready for the next step. A cease fire.

3) Mike Pence went along with it.
4) Putin did the math and figured he was next.

So for Mike Pence, if you weren’t a coward Putin would not have invaded Ukraine... you could have broke the cycle, but in the end... Mike Pence is a coward who has sided with the Globalist, and the rest of the self appointed Western Elites.

Fans of other candidates do the same and call people, mostly Trump supporters, Putinoids. But the minute you criticize their favorite candidate on anything they melt down and say stop the name calling.
Except that “forever war” apologists like Pence aren’t pro Ukraine either. They will happily watch it get bombed out of existence over the next twenty odd years and then just walk away.
Just like Afghanistan.
