Super hybrid pigs invading. Originally bred to tolerate the Canadian cold, they are now invading America.

Good eating.
Nothing beats Canadian back bacon.
But they still taste good, right?
Evading hunting. More at link.
Unless they are armor plated, they are not that invincible.
Some European hogs have a very thick and distinct cartilage band on their ribs. I’ve seen larger, slower bullets not penetrate that at a long distance.
Just treat them as invasive species without protection. Hunters will clean them up.
More fun to hunt as well. I want to know taste. Duroc which we get in the supermarket is bland. For all I know these pigs are flavor bombs from God.
Feral hogs are already treated as an invasive species with no closed season and no bag limit in several states, and despite between 1 and 2 million being killed annually their numbers are increasing. Corral traps are more effective than hunting since you can get most of the sounder at one time.
Super Pig. That name and description fits the Biden Crime Syndicate to a tee. Talk about ‘mass quantities.’ From drugs to women to $$$ to lies.
Last week we learned about feral cows.
This week it’s not just plain hybrid. but SUPER hybrid pigs!
Looking forward to next week threatening animal.
Down in the Carolinas it is always open season on them with no limit. The farmers hate them for the crop damage they do and welcome hunters who cull them out.
“ Just treat them as invasive species without protection. Hunters will clean them up.”
That hasn’t worked with feral pigs down South… Sows can have 20 or more piglets per year. They reproduce faster than we can shoot them.
You still have to shoot them after they’re trapped though right? I’m not trying to be a smart ass when I say it’s not like you can lead them away on a leash.
Invincible Pigs sounds like a good name for a rock band.
Just let it be known to the boys in the ‘hood that they’re a natural source for meth.
Manbearpig!
No more so than deer. They are more nocturnal than the deer are here in GA. Best way here is to use a thermal scope. Right before morning twilight and right after sunset.
A well-placed shot, .30 cal 160+ grain does the trick.
It seems we're getting less and less hunters every year..
Ohio has no closed season, and no limit on what you can take, but the problem, if you want to call it that, continues to get worse...
I wonder if the author of this article has EVER glassed a wild animal. Or felt the pop of a hot .30 round on their shoulder.
Or seen how freaking fast those big hogs are on those short legs.
Or walked up on one they’ve shot, and they *think* it’s dead ...
