I am not a pestimist. I’m an optomitrist. I believe in a positive outlook. I think the USSC will surprise here by hearing this.

I find this to be a very interesting case and I believe it has merit, unfortunately they will punt on this issue
If picked up this could be ground shaking.
It would be like the recent Turkey quake while Roe v. Wade would seem like the rumble when a truck goes by.
While they’re at it they should censure those who fraudulently investigated Trump over several years.
It would be hard to argue that any US Citizen living under rampant inflation has “no standing”

If somehow the court declared fraud and reinstated Trump wouldn’t that mean he can’t run in 2024? Not like it’s gonna happen tho.
Pfffft. As I pointed out the multiple times Brunson was posted here prior to when the USSCT unceremoniously threw it in the trash can, this case has no merit because the court lacks jurisdiction to grant the relief sough. Period. Full stop.
And here’s another article misleadingly passing out the hopium. Anyone can file a petition for reconsideration. I’d bet ten grand that it promptly receives exactly the same treatment as did the main case

What happens if SCOTUS rule that the 2020 election was a fraudulent farce? Will they install Trump as the rightful POTUS?
I have a feeling that we might be surprised by the Supine Court. I sincerely hope that these plaintiff/lawyers get some expert help.
There is so much legal Constitutional issue here. Does someone have to follow the Constitution or not, is there any potential penalty for elected persons to follow it?
Historically speaking, this was the sole purpose for the formation of the Supreme Court, to determine matters of original jurisdiction, address Constitutionality of laws passed, ensure separation of powers, provide relief to those whose Constitutional rights have been violated.
In everyone of those categories, the current SCOTUS has failed to hear cases that deal with the 2020 election. The do not want to consider the implications of ‘voter fraud’ and it’s effects on the Constitution and populace. They have been clear. They will deny again.
I firmly believe that the Voter Fraud issue will end up being the Civil Rights issue of my lifetime, and will nation will continue to degrade until it’s addressed.
This case represents a very powerful domestic covert operation that is so benign that it cannot been seen on how it has breached our national security, and how it is affecting the national security of both Canada and Mexico, and how it has circulated fears that we might soon see the destruction of property along with a large volume of bloodshed in our own streets. All stemming from the fact that our courts have not declared that the Oath of Office is binding with penalties.
He was given numerous chances to put forth a factually and legally cogent argument, and failed to do so. This is DOA.
