There is so much legal Constitutional issue here. Does someone have to follow the Constitution or not, is there any potential penalty for elected persons to follow it?

Historically speaking, this was the sole purpose for the formation of the Supreme Court, to determine matters of original jurisdiction, address Constitutionality of laws passed, ensure separation of powers, provide relief to those whose Constitutional rights have been violated.

In everyone of those categories, the current SCOTUS has failed to hear cases that deal with the 2020 election. The do not want to consider the implications of ‘voter fraud’ and it’s effects on the Constitution and populace. They have been clear. They will deny again.

I firmly believe that the Voter Fraud issue will end up being the Civil Rights issue of my lifetime, and will nation will continue to degrade until it’s addressed.

They’ve basically said it’s up to the state legislatures. If they’re fine with fraud then who are we to quibble.

I think this would be more of a case of constitutional intent which should not be that difficult to discern by the text of the Constitution itself and the documentation of the intent of the Founders and ratifiers.
