Peter McCollough spelled all this out with amazing clarity in mid 2020. He explained how "leaky vaccines" like would be released for Covid don't stop the spread, but actually increase the spread due to how they ultimately spawn more mutations when applied to such a large number of people. To him, it was all basic science, and he said many other doctors knew it was basic science as well, but so few actually spoke out along with him.
That’s a far cry from his having stated that they are “safe, effective, and weren’t rushed.”

The vaccine is very effective at reducing severe disease/hospitalization and reducing death from Covid for 4 months.
Then effectiveness begins to decline but doesn’t go down to zero effectiveness during study periods.

No honest person who understands basic rna replication would call a vaccine effective for something so easily spread as a respiratory virus. There isn’t an effective one for rna blood borne pathogens that have been studied by fauci and his ilk for generations
