The important issue is how Putin views it. He may consider activity as an Act of War. Demented Joe and Obozo are considered lightweights by the Russians and will not be pushed by these two Clowns.
The US Dollar is the world’s reserve currency aka the petrol dollar used in all international transactions.
Having the US dollar, actually the US Federal Reserve Note, act as the world reserve currency gives enormous power to international banks.
The international banks control 90% of central banking via the Federal Reserve. The ranking member banks can “borrow” from liquidity facilities, funds that are created out of thin air or more precisely, created at special computers.
As an example, Citibank might “borrow” $100 billion at 0% for a certain time, then use it to buy US Treasuries paying 3.5%. That would be the US Taxpayer on the hook to pay 3.5% interest to Citibank on one loan of $100 billion. How much interest is paid on that in a year? Calculating simple interest of 3.5% on $100 billion would land $3.5 billion in Citibank’s cash receivables.
Think about that. One international bank receives many billions from funds created at a computer, funds from nothing.
How many of you would feel amazed to sit down at a computer and click say, a hundred million for yourself? Pretty powerful stuff. So powerful, a war or wars would be fought to preserve that power.
The scale of the above is much, much larger.
The US Govermment will be paying $1 trillion in interest this year. How much in Treasuries paying about 3.5% is involved?
Answer: About $29 Trillion.
The international banks also create/borrow (at 0%) US funds to lend to foreign governments.
You should be getting the picture that the US Fed Dollar is circulating inside the US and around the world among a vast network of borrowers paying trillions in annual interest to international banks who are privileged to have special money creating computers to draw from and expand international debt.
Note: Intel agencies such as the CIA act as security enforcement for central bankers.

And how about that Donald Trump? He had a plan in late 2019 to bring in Judy Shelton to be Chair of the Federal Reserve. She was going to reorganize to pull the Federal Reserve inside Treasury and revive the gold-backed US Dollar, the real dollar, the one that ran the US for 200 years.
Just like Nordstream boom-boom had to be blown up, Trump had to go bye-bye.

For opposition parties in Germany, they have a ton of campaign pluses now, and I would imagine they will send the bill to both Norway and US...for their plan/involvement.
