I don’t believe Biden gave the order because Biden don’t even know when to change his diaper. I do believe that Biden’s handlers gave the order. And I do not believe that Biden got more votes than Trump did in the 2020 election.
The interesting thing about this, is that is a tacit admission that Germany could not be talked into simply not buying Russian gas. DC had to use force to get Germany to follow DC’s neocon plan.

If the state of affairs with Germany was such that DC could ask them not to buy Russian gas, and their was a good enough reason that they would agree, it would have been done. There would have been no reason to attack it like this.

NO WAY this was overseen by Biden. Maybe approved with a signature but no way this was his idea. Biden ONLY does what benefits Biden.

That was the problem for the Neocons - Germany was discussing with Russia what it would take to get Nordstream back in operation just prior to the US taking it out.
At this point, Germany telling the US to F-off and get out of their country wouldn’t surprise me...after all, every country has a breaking point, and the humiliation that we imposed on Germany could well exceed that.
Not to mention constipation of the brain.
