That was the problem for the Neocons - Germany was discussing with Russia what it would take to get Nordstream back in operation just prior to the US taking it out.
At this point, Germany telling the US to F-off and get out of their country wouldn’t surprise me...after all, every country has a breaking point, and the humiliation that we imposed on Germany could well exceed that.
I don’t think Germany wants to do that given that they don’t even have a credible military and their economy is in big big trouble now that they don’t have much energy thanks to decades of irresponsible refusal to provide for their own defense and even more irresponsible and short sighted Gaia Worship.
