The pages for this quiz took forever and a day to load. I got tired of waiting for each page. I would not have fared well with this quiz anyway. I have never seen the movie, haven’t read the book and never studied the story in school. Even if I had studied the story in grammar school I would have considered it to be a children’s story and didn’t need children’s stories in my life.

As an aside, I was unaware that Burt Lahr was in the movie. Today many bigtime celebrities agree to do commercials. Back in the 60s it was unheard of for a celebrity to do a commercial. The celebrities considered commercials to be below them. Burt Lahr was the first ‘celebrity’ of any note to do a Lay’s potato chip commercial. He had been a washed up vaudeville performer. He said at the time that he earned more money doing that commercial than he had earned in his entire career and was able to retire as a result of having done the commercial.
