WASHINGTON — President Biden will call for “unity” in his State of the Union speech Tuesday night — after spending much of last year bashing Republicans himself and through his press secretary.
White House officials teasing Biden’s 9 p.m. speech — which will also pitch tax hikes on the wealthy — told reporters Tuesday morning that he will dust off “unity” talking points from his State of the Union last year to argue “members of both parties can come together and deliver for the American people.”
The so-called unity agenda focuses on four areas — cancer, mental health, veterans care and reducing drug overdoses — after Biden spent the past year villianizing Republicans and especially supporters of former President Donald Trump’s Make America Great Again movement.
But the sincerity of his message is sure to be deemed suspect after another year in which Biden and his chief spokesperson, Karine Jean-Pierre, publicly bashed Republican legislators and conservative voices on a near-daily basis.

Pelosi’s petulant display of disrespect shows just how most Dems view Republicans. They have nothing but disdain and contempt for them. They have no respect at all for them. And when you think about it, why should they when Republicans don’t do anything to command respect? The GOP always folds like a cheap lawn chair.

You mean like all of that “unity” he displayed at his demonic speech in Philadelphia last fall? I think he spent the whole time vilifying the GOP.
OK. What would you do to show Biden what you think about his state of non-union? I would stand up and silently walk out while he stuttered his pathetic attempt to show this country how much he’s accomplished. Why can’t conservative politicians do the same??

The Inauguration call for unity meant conservatives surrender and meekly do what the Left dictates. Unity.
So now after ruthlessly destroying our President Trump and our energy supply and clamping down on us to restrict our freedom of speech, and ramping up abortions and promoting gays and gender changes to little children, now he wants unity again?
So late in life for him to take up comedy.
When Joe Biden asks for unity he is asking us to change. Wait and see, he will not ask Democrats to change. Conservatives will need to become socialists to unify. I have nothing in common with Biden or Democrats. They need to go back to being normal Americans, leave or die. Eff them all. Joe Biden and every eff’n Democrat can eat 💩, die and burn in hell. I will not change.
I think Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Barak Obama ALL were genuine assholes.
