Donald Trump called one-time ally Chris Christie “sloppy” after the former New Jersey governor predicted the ex-president wouldn’t win in 2024 and needled him for losing his re-election bid in 2020 — saying “that loss to Joe still stings.”
The war of words erupted Sunday after Christie posted on Twitter that Trump, 76, was the only candidate to “lose to Biden outside of Delaware.”
The 45th president shot back that Christie’s 2016 campaign “went down in flames.”
Trump who announced his third straight White House run Nov. 15, took to his Truth Social platform to lambaste Christie after his appearance on ABC News’ “This Week.”
“‘Sloppy’ Chris Christie, the failed former Governor of New Jersey, spent almost his entire last year in office campaigning in New Hampshire for the Republican Nomination for President. Much like his term in office, where he left with an Approval Rating of just 9%, his Presidential campaign was a complete disaster,” Trump said.

We’ve had at least three stories about this with different politicians speaking the same truth to Trump.
Truth hurts. Trump lost and he’s not learned a thing. He’s doubled down on the same things that alienated him from voters so much it cost us the red wave in 2022. People voted against his proxies just to show their displeasure and contempt.

Not refuting all your points, except one for certain. We “lost” because democrats have perfected the art of counting the votes. Republicans have done little to counter this. Assuming clean elections are happening is foolish.

Trump hired Christie to run his Presidential transition team, even after this stuff Trump is mentioning now had already happened. If it didn’t matter to Trump back then, I’m not sure he’s the best messenger to make an issue of it now.
Yes Trump eventually fired Christie from that critical position, but insiders claim it was actually Jared Kushner who forced the firing by giving Trump the ultimatum, him or me. Kushner apparently had a along grudge towards Christie for him sending Kushner’s father to the slammer for racketeering while Christie was a federal prosecutor in Jersey.

Trump does not help the situation by insisting he lost because of vote fraud only. Vote fraud is an American institution. It has been going on for more than hundred years, 99% of fraud by democrats. Yet, many republicans have won national elections. Because their popularity exceeded margin of fraud.
I am a huge admirer of PDJT, and will vote for him 3rd time if he is the nominee. But he is not a smooth politician. Vast majority of voters are not political junkies like posters on FR. They do not delve deep into issues.
Trump does has a chance to win in 2024 only because so many people are suffering from Biden’s policies.
Then first follow your own advice. Don’t post what you say should be ignored.
