The Ohio Department of Education is reportedly investigating a pro-Nazi homeschooling network run by a couple in the state, according to several media outlets.
The department is “actively reviewing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements,” an official with the state agency told The Washington Post, after reports emerged last week about the homeschooling network known as “Dissident Homeschool.”
The network, which distributes pro-Nazi curriculum via a Telegram channel, has more than 2,400 subscribers, according to Vice News. The Ohio couple who run the channel, known there as Mr. and Mrs. Saxon, have been identified as Katja and Logan Lawrence of Upper Sandusky.

None of the government's business what parents teach their children.
They certainly have the right to have a Nazi homeschool, and employers certainly have the right to not hire people that were educated in a Nazi homeschool.
Exactly. That's how it works in a Free Society.
As I hear someone say, “When Fascism comes, it will come in the name of ‘Anti-Fascism’”
What is the difference between Nazi schooling and Muslim schooling other then the deity? Now that I think of it, Nazis are probably more liberal to women and less violent.
It certainly does, or it’s a setup for such a project. All that is needed is a few allegations and the media to tee up an investigation by the FBI and DOJ. What’s most disturbing to me is that I have zero trust and faith in government, and in particular the FBI, to rule this story out as a completely contrived conspiracy involving an anti-fascist group, the media and the deep state.
Or worse, first they came for white Christian homeschoolers that taught facts about WWII and Nazi perpetrated genocide who they labeled pro-Nazi. Realize that many Marxists are holocaust deniers. It reflects poorly on the Soviet Union and China, who both murdered many more than the Germans.
And they never mention that while the Germans were blitzkreiging through France, and blitzing Britain, the Soviet Union was the largest supplier of the Nazi War Machine, and actually encouraged the US to stay out of the European “Imperialist War”.
Of course we are against the concepts of Nazism, and even more so against the concepts of indoctrinating children.
The people making these accusations are nearly universally fully invested in Marxist concepts, and wholly support, with both words and actions, the concept of indoctrinating young children.
Therefore, I am not in the least bit inclined to take anything any “anti-fascist” group says today as anything more than ideological rhetoric being bandied about for political gain.
It is my experience that these kinds of groups cannot be trusted in any way, and my first impression of this kind of thing is the one one I get when I hear of someone reporting they were victims of a “hate crime”.
They so universally employ the tactic of labeling those they oppose ideologically as “Nazis” and “Racists” that those terms have lost all meaning, and any efforts they initiate using this language to paint others is to be regarded as rank and flagrant projection.
In this case, they talked about a podcast where one of the people is quoted, but that is all they offer. I no longer accept that kind of thing as “evidence”.
Those Nazis make great math books.
They have a mailing list of pro-Nazis?? Well done, FBI, well done.
They openly admitted to needing pro-Nazi homeschool materials.
The essence of the First Amendment is that you are allowed to have political and religious beliefs that your government disapproves of.
“Nazi? Oh, we don’t like Nazis. But, there is nothing we can do about it, so feel free to go about your business.”
When the government cracks down on Nazis, that means that the Nazis have actually won, taken over the government, and the First Amendment is dead.
Who? The FBI homeschool front group? Can you say “agent provocateurs?”
The federal government is also supporting Nazi groups in the Ukraine.
True. Ukraine is a great democracy. /s
Calling it pro Nazi is not proof it is pro Nazi. Show the public the proof of the claim. Until then, the allegation lacks credibility.
New Oldsmobiles are in early this year
It all depends on how “pro-Nazi” is defined.
A curriculum which focuses on Western culture and Western civilization is “white supremacist” and thus “pro-Nazi”. Notice they don’t give examples of teachings?
