As I said last night, we didn’t get the ice so many in TN got. Just rain. Today was sunny but cold and it’ll be real cold overnight with temps dropping into the teens. But they SAY we’ll warm up to around 50 tomorrow and 55 or so Sunday. Next week will be 60s across the board and that is very appealing.

That does sound very appealing! I know you are longing for sunshine AND warmth and it’ll be there soon. We’ll be back in the chill...but not dramatic...by Tuesday.

Hey there, Kathy.

I WAS missing sunshine, big time, this week and we finally had some today. It was inspirational. LOL

I’m glad the snow finally stopped up there. I was shocked to see it coming down as hard as it was when I pulled up the Lake Hood cam this afternoon. It had all but stopped when I went to bed this morning.

Poor plow guys - - in town and at the airport.

It was supposed to start warming up today but that polar blast is clipping up. Thank goodness were on the very edge of it and not getting the full brunt. I feel so bad for the people in the NE.

It sounds like we’ll miss out on the chill you’re getting next week and that works for me! LOL I’m looking forward to being able to get out and enjoying it. I’ve been in all this week. Too wet and ugly but the rain was good for the area.
