Clips from the classic children’s TV show ‘Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood’ have resurfaced, and are making the rounds on social media.
The clips are "triggering" people on the left because what Rogers calmly and confidently states goes against the current progressive ideology of "transgenderism."
In 2023, it’s easy to forget that the liberal view on this issue was considered far outside the mainstream not so long ago.
What the generational icon Fred Rogers says in these videos is still the view held by most Americans, despite the efforts of the media and Hollywood to normalize it.

The lyrics of the tune contain a simple message about boys’ and girls’ bodies having inherent differences and encourage children to find beauty and acceptance in those obvious differences.
Many users on Twitter angrily objected to the clips, with some demanding they be censored or taken down, calling them "deeply triggering."

Remember the “All in the Family” theme song, in which Archie sang about a time when “gals were gals and men were men”? My God, that’s an outrageous suggestion embedded in song lyrics. It’s got to go too.
How will PBS atone for this? After all, Mr. Rogers was a PBS program. Imagine the implications, of the bigotry of the liberals who ran PBS back then. Outrageous!!!

These people need to get a grip. Fred Rogers was a fierce advocate for gays, all behind the scenes of course, and probably bisexual himself, I don’t doubt it would be different with transgenderism today.

Shame on those picking on Fred Rogers, we need people like him more than ever now.
Rogers grew and lived it as far as I can tell. At least he was telling friends to come out publicly in the end, and was a member of a pro gay church.
