An Atlanta district attorney has said "decisions are imminent" on whether to charge Donald Trump with criminal offences over his attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election in the state...The probe initially focussed on a tape recording of Trump pressuring Georgia's secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, to conjure nearly 12,000 votes out of thin air in order to overturn Joe Biden's win.

Conjure out of thin air?

Trump asked Raffensberger to enforce Georgia law.

In Georgia, if voters fail to file a change of address within a certain time period, their votes are nullified.

Also...

The trial will be held in Atlanta, which is 61% non-white.

Asking for election law to be upheld is interfering with elections...but skirting the law is not?

Let me get this straight: Trying to fight vote fraud is “election meddling”?

Alex Jones was the proof of concept of the judge “deeming” the accused guilty and having the jury decide only the severity of punishment.

Discussing is not meddling. It’s not like he’s saying....here...take these 2000 ballots and insert them. THAT’S meddling.

Do we get to hear the NON EDITED tape where Trump supposedly said this?

Apparently, the decision is/was made based on the input from a pretend Grand Jury.

“to conjure nearly 12,000 votes out of thin air in order to overturn Joe Biden’s win.”

No bias here. Nope. None at all.

"decisions are imminent"

That means they have decided to charge, and are just cleaning up the paperwork.

IIRC, the critical part of the conversion could be construed as Trump demanding additional votes be found only if that’s what you wanted to hear. Pretty thin sauce to bring a criminal action but never underestimate the vindictiveness of a Democrat or a Never-Trumper.

Georgia ha no room to talk about attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election it’s getting as bad as Pa. when it comes to law shuffling.

Now this is funny. It's like prosecuting someone for demanding that Merlin the Wizard provide him more free nights at Disney. Or insisting that Tinker Bell grant your wish.

Ridiculous! I want to see the entire transcript of the conversation. To select one sentence out of minutes of dialogue and then form a whole narrative with it is EXACTLY what democrats do ALL THE TIME to mislead public opinion. They use the truth to tell a lie. BTW...there’s one other that is masterfully skilled at using the truth to deceive...one of his names is Satan.

This is what you get when you have bad lawyers.

And, what happens when the client won’t keep their mouth shut.

Finding him guilty is not the point. Tying him up in court with a sword hanging over his head is the goal.

The entire apparatus of Federal and State government is out to lynch one man. Lynch him they shall.

I’ll wager the clothes on my back that they prosecute. Why? Simple...there’s *no* downside for the prosecutor except for a barrage of “abuse” from DJT. The upside for him/her is a *massive* book deal, speaking gigs galore and the adoration of every Maoist on earth.
