KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — The German government will not object if Poland decides to send Leopard 2 battle tanks to Ukraine, Germany’s top diplomat said Sunday, indicating movement on supplying weapons that Kyiv has described as essential to its ability to fend off an intensified Russian offensive.......

Yes, that is what German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said, and if Scholz will say no, he will go from chancellor to canceled.

The decision to supply tanks to Ukraine is a result of the smashing victories by Ukraine on the battlefield. Should F-16s be added, followed by a No-Fly zone enforced by NATO, that will be a further indicator of Joe Biden’s successful foreign policy strategy.

Scholz is a Doltz.A NWO socialist who wants to prolong the war against Russia.

Rather than supply Ukraine wholesale and defeat Russia, its the drip, drip, drip of ordnance and communication which is killing too many Ukrainians.

Scholz, Biden, are heartless baftards. Ante up, give Ukraine everything and then give Putin an off ramp offer he cannot refuse.

Well, it's only fair because WWII started in Poland. It's a "tag, you're it" situation.

Redgolum, that is exactly the kind of propaganda that the Germans said about the Czechs in 1938 “the Czechs are going to start a European war to prevent the disintegration of Czechoslovakia.” oh and the Nazis saying “Czechs are persecuting the German speakers in the Sudentenland”

Hint - those were lies, as is the Russian lie now — World War 3 has been averted because the Ukrainians fought back, unlike the Czechs AND the west decided not to have Munich 1938 repeated in 2022.

well, technically WWII started way back in 1937 with the Japanese invasion of mainland China.

Is that the same WWIII started by Russia or a different WWIII?

That’s what’s both good and bad about modern Germany. Pro = they’re wusses but great engineers. Con = they’re wusses.
But their tanks aren’t.

Right now it is between Russia and Ukraine.

If Poland sends tanks (and here is a hint, few in the Ukraine will be able to crew them), then it risks Belarus getting draw in.

So far, it has been contained. This is an expansion. Like or lump it Russia will put further pressure on Belarus to do something. That might be push into Poland and the Baltics.

Hint.

It wasn’t a lie then. The Allied Powers knew they couldn’t fight then, and bargained for time. And the west was not comfortable going to war to prop up a rather shady regime then as now.

The question is this. Do we, as NATO, think that we have enough resources to start WW3 or not? Is a few million American kids worth Warsaw?

Or is Ukraine worth New York, Chicago, DC, etc?

Someone is doing that math. At least I hope so. Because trusting Poland to not play a game of “Let’s you and him fight!” is madness.

I have heard that the US is sending a lot of troops to Europe (and heard that is why we bailed on Afghanistan like we did. Remember that?) What I fear is we consumed a lot of our fancy weapons in the first phase of the war in Ukraine, and are going to be pushed into old tactics if things go hot.

That is a rather long rabbit hole.

Best to say Japan was active in the area before the Tsar fell,

Just so you understand that you are making a false premise - there is no way that Belarus will attack anyone, let alone Poland which would annihilate them.

And UA tankers are being trained to use the Leopard 2A5’s before they are sent in - as part of a combined arms division. No Polish troops will serve in Ukraine.

then it risks Belarus getting draw in. - no, it does not.

Belarus isn't getting involved because Lukashenko knows that if he does then his people will rebel, his "army" is powerless to stop him getting strung up like Mussolini

Belarus can't "push into" Poland because their military is for such purposes non-existent. Their militia to keep the people in check are better armed than the military

#1 “it wasn’t a lie then. . The Allied Powers knew they couldn’t fight then, and bargained for time.”

Au contraire - France by itself was strong enough to crush the 1938 German army. The British also knew that the German army, led by Prussians, was ready to turn on Hitler if he lost the Czechoslovak gambit

#2 “And the west was not comfortable going to war to prop up a rather shady regime then as now.”

The Benes regime was hardly “shady”

#3 “Do we, as NATO, think that we have enough resources to start WW3 or not? “

—> giving Ukraine weapons is not starting WW3, rather it is preventing WW3

#4 “ trusting Poland to not play a game of “Let’s you and him fight!” “

—> What are you talking about? Poland knows it is on the front-lines if Ukraine falls. The President and Prime Minister have said that over and over again and they KNOW that Poland would be next if Ukraine falls to Putin’s aggression

$5 “ heard that is why we bailed on Afghanistan like we did. Remember that?”

—> The US bailed on Afghanistan because of paedoBiden. The move out was planned even during Trump’s time. Trump would have handled it better, but it was going to happen.

#6 “What I fear is we consumed a lot of our fancy weapons in the first phase of the war in Ukraine”

—> practically none of the fancy weapons from the west were used in Ukraine. The drones were Turkish, the anti-tank weapons aren’t any new-fangled, while HIMARS is a decade or two old

“If Poland sends tanks...”

Poland has already sent 300 tanks and damn load of other stuff. Medvedev released a strongly worded statement. That's what happened.
