Around here, there wasn’t enough to stick to anything. You had to squint to see any flakes. It was mainly through the mountains that they had heavier snow showers though a few other places had some too.
It was just cold with a stiff wind here and that was enough to make me content to stay in.

It sure must be snowing way more in the mountains! Reed Timmer just tweeted: “Just above Gatlinburg TN in the Smoky Mountains are getting hammered right now by intense orographic snow band with Great Lakes fetch. I may head up there tomorrow with the Dominator Bike”

Be glad it’s them and not you. LOL! Just as I am glad...every winter...that I don’t live in the Texas Panhandle. :)

I am soooo ready...it’s been a very long and busy week.

And...no ducks tonight. As I went out on the deck, they started quacking and quacking and quacking, but never came up out of the creek. And then it happened!!

A huge owl (I really don’t think it was a hawk) came soaring over the yard left to right!.
