SORRY SO LATE, BUT I WAS GRAPPLING WITH A HUGE PLATE OF BAKED RAVIOLI SMOTHERED IN TOMATO/MUSHROOM SAUCE, TOPPED WITH MELTED MOZZARELLA AND PARMIGAN, ACCOMPANIED BY FRESH REAL GARLIC, GARLIC BREAD! I FINALLY WON, BUT CLEANING UP THE MESS TOOK FOREVER! NOT THE DISHES-—ME!

SAME THING EXCEPT YOURS IS AN OPEN ENDED TUBE, SORT OF A CANNOLO (FOUND OUT THAT’S THE SINGULAR FOR CANNOLI WHICH IS PLURAL...I USED TO SAY CANNOLIS UNTIL AN ITALIAN FRIEND CALLED ME AN IGNORANT AMERICAN AND TOLD ME THE RIGHT WAY. I TOLD HIM WHAT HE COULD DO WITH HIS CONNOLO! BUT, NOW I USE IT TO PRETEND I KNOW WHAT I’M SAYING. WORKS SOMETIMES...SO, WHERE WUZ I? RIGHT! CANNOLOING.) MANICOTTI IS A SOFT SHELLED
CANNOLO WITHOUT THE CONFECTIONERS SUGAR, OR CHOCOLATE CHIPS...FAGEDABOUDIT!...BUT YA KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
