Donald Trump has led the chorus of condemnation after it emerged that classified documents had been found in the offices of Joe Biden's Washington DC think tank.
The ten files were found in early November, by Biden's lawyers, and handed over. The Justice Department has now opened an investigation, which The New York Times said could lead to a special counsel being appointed - as has happened in the case of Donald Trump and the hundreds of documents he kept at Mar-a-Lago.
Biden was in Mexico City on Monday for a meeting with President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, and refused to answer shouted questions as to how the documents ended up inside the offices.

My first thought is that the FBI would raid Biden’s Delaware mansion and rummage through Jill’s panty drawer like they did in Mar A Lago.

Clock is ticking. The FBI probably has until Saturday to conduct a raid. If they don’t...they will get taken apart by 2024 and not exist any longer as the Bureau.

I just saw a picture from last night of Biden in Mexico with Merrick Garland sitting at a table next to him in a meeting with Mexican officials. You have to wonder if Biden told him “make this go away!”

Maybe this situation is the one the RAT powers that be are going to use to oust Biden, Nixon style. “We think you should resign before you’re impeached.” Turn everything over to Kamala or whomever they’ve got in mind.
He did not have the power to share classified documents with people without security clearance also.
As Biden was the VP at the time, he was subject to the Federal Records Act, not Presidential Records Act.
Oh, they were probably stashed under the dining room table and simply forgotten about.

And since ole Joe is a Dem, nothing more than a sternly worded letter will ever happen.
