It’s come down a bit but still high and we are talking about a government contract. Anyone who contracts to fill the reserves is going to pad the price a bit from the beginning. We are talking “futures” prices being added in to the equation. The consensus is that prices will be going up, not down, so that has to be taken into consideration.
