Max Brandt was welcomed into the world as a baby girl, but as a young child was repelled by “girly girls” and feminine things. And after puberty arrived, Brandt suffered through a mental breakdown every menstrual cycle.
Eventually, gender dysphoria — the psychological distress brought on by a mismatch between one’s sex assigned at birth and gender identity — made Brandt suicidal and prone to self-harm.

This person is now a psychology major at a Minnesota college. She has a beard and bright green hair. Just the hair shows that this person is craving attention and is not normal. Now having gone through genital mutilation this person will never be normal. Shame on the adults that facilitated this.

So will parents in custody disputes now claim their child is transgender, and flee to California? Instead of killing the child in a custody dispute, with psycho parents “just” take them to California and transition them? This is a whole bunch of mess.
So
kidnapping and transporting minors across state borders for the purpose of violating parental consent for medical treatment has been approved by California.
Looks like proof that California legislature has gone rogue to me.
How can this be legeal ?

Comment: "to attain a masculine chest at 16." Sorry, but a female chest that has been artificially flattened is a female chest that has been artificially flattened. Just as a surgically-fashioned "vagina" on a man is an open operation scar. Truth is truth.
A woman's "penis" is tissue from her arm fashioned into an approximation of a penis. She may call it her "penis" but she is deluding herself.
