CINCINNATI — The Monday Night Football game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills has been officially suspended after Bills' safety Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field and was rushed to the hospital.

Hamlin collapsed on the field and was administered CPR before being driven away in an ambulance during the first quarter of the game.

An official statement from the NFL states Hamlin is in critical condition.

"Our thoughts are with Damar and the Buffalo Bills. We will provide more information as it becomes available," the statement reads.

Have you watched the literally dozens of heart attacks by basketball players just walking to a huddle, soccer players standing around, news anchors sitting down, etc on “Died Suddenly?” I would make just the opposite assumption.

We know the whole league, sans a handful of players, is vaxxed.

We know the vax causes heart inflammation and heart attacks or myocarditis, or whatever technical medical term you prefer to use.

I think common sense would suggest that the former be considered the proximate cause unless something else is proven.

Give BOTH teams a ribbon! Wouldn’t want to hurt the self esteem of the losers. Why do we even have play offs and Super Bowls? Seems so…. Socially unjust. Jus say’in.

I agree and thanks for your reply——I have come to distrust the system so much, I’m skeptical of anything “out of the ordinary” that happens. Also, after 2 years of being treated like a leper at work, friends and the in laws, I guess it’s a bit of a “Ah-ha”! But that is wrong as well. Thanks for your response.

Definite change in attitude from "The Show must go on!"

Used to be true for motor sports. A dozen drivers have died during the Indianapolis 500 but the race continued. Dale Earnhardt crashed and died in the 2001 Daytona 500 but it was on the final lap so the show was already over.

I agree that this was a huge shock to everyone on the field and was not like any other type of usual, even if bad, injury. Everyone was looking around like they didn’t know what happened.

No, I don’t and it could very well be fentanyl powder or something that he came in contact.

Correct, we have no idea what it could be at this point, which is exactly why I was objecting to your statement which indicated that it could not have possibly been related to the vax, without even knowing if he was vaxxed or not.

Do you believe the vaccine is “safe and effective”?

No, I don’t, based on my own personal experience, and the science we have learned thus far. Which is again why I was objecting to your original claim that it was “for sure” and “definitely” not related to the vax. Someone e-mailed me saying maybe you meant that in jest, and as sarcasm but without the /s tag, but with as many hard core devotees as there are on this site supporting things like the vaccine (and Trump) it’s hard to tell sometimes.

Thanks. The site is too polarized right now to not use the /s tag. Would have been a great post with it!

The videos of soccer players in Europe dropping on the pitch during games or in practices and data/studies out of Europe (primarily since big pharma owns our nation) as well as the documents they tried to hide for 75 years clearly indicate that cardiac problems can happen with the vaccine.

Using the scientific method, it should be a valid hypothesis among other hypotheses for what we witnessed with this young man last night.

That does not mean it is proven. Right now, it cannot be disproven. There is a solution to this problem but it would require honesty and scientific inquiry.

Every NFL player should be screened for myocarditis and clotting after the shots and publish the results. This would also prevent more harm if players had these undiagnosed issues.

There are other medical issues (preexisting/undiagnosed or trauma on the field) that might cause what we saw. Those hypotheses cannot be disproven right now either. I don’t dismiss them and they should be investigated as well.

I don’t have much hope that they will be honest about this. Can you imagine the panic in the league if they say this young man had myocarditis or a clot? More and more people are realizing that they lied about the safety of these shots and you cannot hide what is happening. Few people have seen the videos from Europe of players dropping on the field - no trauma involved - just very high cardio stress. Those really happened and I have never seen that before.

We hear news stories of people out running or jogging who are dropping but its not on video or MNF. Same thing? I don’t know. Why do people not demand to find out?

Prayers for this young man and his family. I also pray for the truth to be revealed. In my opinion, this is criminal and society should stop giving these shots until we honestly evaluate the risks/benefits.

What was the reason to suspend the game again?

Because a guy's heart stopped and was only restarted after nine minutes of CPR and defibrillation, all while his teammates watched. It would have been irresponsible to restart the game after that.

If you saw a close friend's heart stop and have him shocked back to life, I think you'd feel the same.

Great post, overall. It’s hard to know exactly what is to blame for this incident, or these types of incidents in general, until more data is gathered and known with regard to both.

However, since we know that the vaxes were advertised as blocking transmission, which we now know they do not, and they tried to hide the test data from us for decades, the vaccine companies and supporters deserve a lot of scrutiny, and somewhat of a presumption of guilt.

It will be bery interesting to see what the Florida grand jury investigation turns up, hopefully soon.

“ There are anecdotal stories that it is killing people, but just as much anecdotal evidence that it literally acts just like any other vaccine.”

Umm, no. There is ZERO evidence that is “literally acts just like any other vaccine”. In fact, there is literally evidence that it does NOT and IS NOT a vaccine at all. They even changed the definition of the very word vaccine to make the mRNA jabs fit.

No sale

Dozens of times each year a high school kid gets a spinal injury during a sports game and has to be rushed to the hospital, sometimes airlifted to a trauma center and the refs restart the game as soon as the ambulance leaves the field.

That has been true for decades. This is not some different level of mental trauma to the onlookers because of the CPR. I'd bet multiple players on that field last night witnessed an incident in their playing careers, and after watching someone carted off the field and rushed to the hospital in a lifeless condition, had to finish a game.

Yes, of course it's a game, and a young man's life is more important than a game, but what are all those people going to do once the EMTs are on the scene? Pass the hat around the stadium to collect thoughts and prayers? They're not immediately going off to the hospital to donate blood. There's a backup player for that position. In years past, the coaches would be firing up their players, telling them that the player would want them to keep going and if you don't give it your all out there, that player's injury meant nothing.

This is a change, and I'm not going to 100% say it's for the better or for the worse because I think sports has gotten out of control with the amount of time and money that it sucks out of the lives of fans and many people would be better off with less football/NBA/etc... in their lives, but it's still the same spirit on the field, or it was.

Football has always been treated as a controlled version of warfare. America's spirit of toughness and passion was represented by the fierce play on the gridiron. If we've now hit a point where a casualty on the field of play in a football game means both sides will refuse to play, does that now mean that our collective spirits are becoming so timid that our warfighters will now refuse to fight in the event of terrible casualties sustained in warfare?

Has commotio cordis ever happened in football before?

The two studies that I've seen linked to these threads have both put the fatalities attributed to commotio cordis at 2.9% of the study population.

When Chuck Hughes collapsed, there was only about a minute left in the game, but they did finish the game.

you ever see CPR being done on someone in person???

if not its not a very good think to see, let alone have to do.. I have done CPR on a lot of people most do not live, including a child. the after effects last a long time after...

the players on both teams had to stand and watch it being done. you think it would be easy to start play again... NOT
