A Massachusetts court unwittingly makes the case for pulling children out of public schools

Apparently, no one is supposed to be shocked or appalled that Massachusetts public schools are sneaking around on parents to convert their children into the opposite-sex imitations known as transgenders.

That's the ruling of an Obama-appointed federal judge, who ruled against the parents of two kids who suddenly declared themselves to be in "the wrong bodies" with the egging on of school officials, who concealed the matter from their parents.

According to Mairead Elordi's report at the Daily Wire:

A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit from Massachusetts parents who accused public school officials of hiding their children's gender transitions from them.

U.S. District Court Judge Mark Mastroianni, an Obama appointee, criticized Ludlow Public Schools officials for allegedly hiding the pair of siblings' gender transitions from their parents, but he said the officials' actions do not "shock the conscience."

"While the court is apprehensive about the alleged policy and actions of the Ludlow Public Schools with regard to parental notification, it cannot conclude the decision to withhold information" about the children from their parents meets the conscience-shocking legal standard in Massachusetts, the judge wrote in his December 14 ruling.

This is exactly the sort of issue that the GOP would jump on, if the GOP were an actual political party and not a mere cadet branch of the Democrats.

Teachers and their unions will always vote for Democrats. Those votes are lost to the Republicans, and Republicans will never be given any chance to truly reform the schools.

So, offer a choice.

School Choice. Explain to parents that private, or parochial or home schooling options can be attractive, and make tax funds available for parents to send their children to better educational environments.

The government schools are evil. So kill them. Be an opposition party. Offer something the Democrats will not offer.

Once a child says they are interested in changing sex in one of these school districts that supports Transgenderism, it is all over. The child will get "counseling" to encourage the change and transportation to medical facilities for their first hormone treatment.

Having heard that the transition should be wonderful, the child complains to the "councilor" that it is not going well, who sends them for their first gender surgery.

It is at this point that parents find that there is a big problem afoot for their child. For if the school system let the hormones take effect, the parents could detect what is going on behind their backs too early and take them out of the district.

The next step, we will probably see shortly, is that the Transgendered child will be sent to foster homes after the first surgery with any hint that the parents don't support Transgenderism. Then the parents first hint would be that the child does not come home. And when the parents ask the school where they are, they are told they were sent to a home for abused children and can contact the district, county or state for more information. (Hinting that they are the abusers)

The next step will be in these homes for Abused Children is that the child will be told that they HAVE TO COMPLETE THEIR SURGERY, by law, before they can be discharged. Parents who find their child at the home for the Abused and take them back will be charged with Kidnapping and sent to jail. The child then will be put into foster care with care givers who support Transgenderism.

This is so Predictable America. Wake up, a majority of school systems are no longer safe. Homeschooling or secure private schooling from now on, is a must.

There are teachers in my church who are openly appalled at this teaching, yet send their own kids to public school.
I don’t get it. Quality time is a lie.. every Cuban Castro story has a bit about his loyalists going to schools to capture the young.. the very young. This is no less oppressive. In fact, maybe more so.. if these parents think they can overcome the message, they should look at the statistics on how effective this has been, then see it is confirmed by world history.

If I may paraphrase a comment on the AT site,
any parent who sends a child to a public school with any wokery (that’s all of them), needs to have his head examined.

And besides the wokery, the kids aren’t learning much. They don’t read well, or write or calculate; they emerge with no financial sense or skills, no grasp of history, no critical thinking skills.

Why would you want that for your child?

Homeschooling. Whatever time and money it entails, yes you DO have it.
