On today's Morning Joe, discussing Ukrainian President Zelensky's visit to D.C. today, Meacham said:
"I think President Biden has led with immense skill throughout this crisis. It's reminiscent of the senior President Bush during the first Gulf War, and then back to the great World War II leadership. And I say that without, people can mock that, perhaps, but David [Ignatius] can check me on it.

He hasn’t done squat. With the possible exception of screwing things up.
I’m really disappointed with Meacham. He made no effort to compare Biden favorably with George Washington. Heck, Washington’s leadership of the colonial army was nothing compared to Biden decision to throw tons of money at Ukraine.
He is actually a Biden speechwriter! But Morning Joe didn’t disclose that!
He mocks himself so I don’t need to.
That whole Russia Ukraine fiasco would not have happened under DJT. Now, we have committed acts of war vs. Russia, a nuclear power with a desperate bent and a demented leader. When they retaliate, Mecham will have to change his tune.
Only morons support a corrupt nation that has zero national interests to the US. Censorship of the media, elimination of opposition political parties and attacks against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church are just some of the freedom enhancing things that have happened in Ukraine. Of course, the United States is not culpable when they fund all of Ukraine’s government and prolong a war that has killed over a 160,000 people. It’s only money and lives, and we know all the right people in DC will see a return on the American serfs’ investment.

The level of propaganda on US state-controlled MSM is as high as anywhere else.
In some ways it is more sophisticated, while having more entertainment focus, and also allowing some “dissent” - but of course, within the bounds of overall deep-state approved message.
