Romney on possible reelection bid: ‘I’m convinced that if I run, I win’
The Hill ^ | 12/21/2022 | CAROLINE VAKIL

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah), who’s up for reelection in 2024, said in an interview published on Wednesday that “I’m convinced that if I run, I win.”

In the interview with Politico, Romney didn’t say whether he would seek a second term as senator but projected confidence that he would win if decided to do so. “I’ve faced long odds: Getting the nomination in 2012 was a long shot, becoming a Republican governor in one of the most liberal states in America, Massachusetts. … So I’m convinced that if I run, I win. But that’s a decision I’ll make,” the first-term Utah senator told the news outlet.

Romney, a former Massachusetts governor and 2012 GOP presidential nominee, has made a name for himself bucking his own party and becoming one of the Republican Party’s most vocal critics of former President Trump. In each of the two Trump impeachment trials, Romney voted to convict the former president, being the only GOP senator to do so in the first trial and among one of seven GOP senators the second time around. Trump was ultimately acquitted in both trials.

I do not have nearly your extensive background in medical research or other qualifications. Still, almost anyone who has ever worked in Health Care has to be aware that vaccines are not researched, produced, tested, and administered in fewer than 12 months.

I told lots of people to stay away from those shots, from the beginning. Few listened. I smelled a Rat from early on and I was astonished when Trump went along with this nonsense.

Well, we will likely be witnessing a lot of the damage which truly is still incubating out there. Meanwhile, Physicians are commonly baffled at the strokes, myocarditis, sudden deaths, and many other ‘effects’ presenting in the ERs during this past year or more.

They are treating for unproved Heart issues such as A-fib, where they have no EKG evidence, or even a strip showing evidence of any despite several days of ICU monitoring as well as home monitoring. Still, they are Rxing anticoagulants as if they are merely Chicklets. I have seen this myself.

I anticipate a lot of ugly things manifesting in the coming months.

Trump was pressured by pharma and that little government fraud Fauci to shut it all down and launch Operation Warp Speed

There's actually a now suppressed interview of Trump by Laura Ingraham, where he says that Fauci told him that he couldn't create a safe virus at Warp Speed, but Trump said he overruled him and did it anyway. He seemingly made the admission when trying to explain instances where he disagreed with Fauci, not understanding what the long term implications of that might be. Have you seen it?

So your argument is weak and based on liar media generated banter, no real facts.

All I said was Trump supports the vaccines, as in not only back then, but right now, which you in no way disputed. Or do you think you did, actually?

Newsflash! DeSantis is backtracking on going after vaccine makers for injury, why?

I don't believe that, at all. What's your source?

You are exactly correct.

As I wrote in my post you responded to, it takes on average 5 to 10 years to develop and test a new vaccine.

Trump overruled Fauci on warp speed? According to that little liar puke Fauci?

And you believe Fauci?

Go to the girls room and gossip to your heart’s content. If you’re male, just dress like a tranny, I think they have to let those in these days.

Nope. I know it's hard for you to accept, but go back and carefully read what I said.

I said that Trump claims he overruled Fauci, and ordered that Warp Speed go ahead, after Fauci told him a safe virus couldn't be developed that fast.

It happened in an interview of Trump by Laura Ingraham.

It was in response to Ingraham asking Trump where, if ever, he had disagreed with Fauci.

So to answer the question I posed to you, you obviously are not aware of that interview, correct?

He thinks he could improve on Trump’s 74.2 million votes.

The RATS are going to try and flip the seat.
They know he is hated nationwide.

The interview you refer to is an interview of Fauci.

Fauci is a been proven liar.

That you would give weight to a liar, reveals you are a consumer of gossip.

I repeat, find yourself a venue for gossip. I will pass.

I’m convinced that Romney is eating magic mushrooms, dropping acid, smoking dope, and snorting cocaine.

All at the same time.

Somebody’s worried.

No, it's not. It's an interview of Trump, by Laura Ingraham. I've seen it several times, as a matter of fact. Trump says Fauci told him a vaccine can't be developed at Warp Speed, but Trump overruled him. He gave that example as proof he has disagreed with Fauci before. Are you disputing that this interview exists?

Trump can overrule Fauci and should.

Trump knew Fauci is a liar and lacks expert knowledge. More importantly, Fauci lacks judgment.

Trump’s approach is take what one side says and pit it against another.

As Trump has no background in vaccine development, any comments or questions to Fauci would certainly have originated with another party.

Fauci is on record with pushing vaccines and all their boosters.

If Fauci hesitated on vaccines to Trump, he certainly didn’t show it after.

But you ignore that DeSantis was all-in for vaccines and boosters as described in post #80 and links therein.

You think Trump is culpable, but DeSantis is not. There’s a name for people like you.

Trump knew Fauci is a liar and lacks expert knowledge.

You originally said, in your expert medical opinion, that Trump was the one who lacked expert knowledge, and that is why he deferred to Fauci and his expertise on supporting the vaccines. Now it's the other way around? If so, then you're actually agreeing with what I said originally, which was simply that Trump supports the vaccines. I guess that threw you for a loop, but now you agree, right? Trump supports the vaccines? That's all I said. How about a yes or no this time.

But you ignore that DeSantis was all-in for vaccines and boosters

I'm not ignoring anything. DeSantis WAS (past tense) in favor of the vaccines. Since then, he has said quote "we were lied to about the mRNA vaccines" and is impaneling a grand jury to investigate them. That's clearly different than Trump's current support for the vaccines.

I say vaccines, but I'm actually referring to the experimental mRNA gene manipulation tools, of course. Thanks.

No, not the best, not by a long shot.

The idea that he’s the best has been planted in the minds of a few by liar media who wish to peel off any support from MAGA they can, as their marching orders are to make MAGA go the way of the Tea Party.

Trump is way ahead, by more than 2 to 1.
