The Senate on Tuesday evening voted 70-25 to advance the $1.7 trillion Omnibus spending bill and open debate.
This is just the first procedural vote.
The latest spending bill is full of special interest earmarks and pork.
The bill includes $45 billion to Ukraine, $7.5 million in LGBTQ programs, Jan 6 prosecution funding and more.
There is no money for border security.
3,000 pages that no one has read.
Senate Republicans are giving away the incoming GOP Majority House’s power of the purse until September 2023.

Good time to make that list of all those senators who need to be replaced as soon as possible.

Someone explain to me how voting for a RINO is different than voting for a Democrat."Shut up!", they explained.

And really there could be more flips if needed. But with it certain to pass, some could safely hold out to preen for their base.

Every two years ‘The People’ get an opportunity for “tax revolts” fiscal sanity. Guess what, the real enemy is not Pelosi, Biden, Schumer, RINOS, etc...It’s ‘We the People” who are at fault that vote these evil people in positions of power.
We get what we vote for,”democracy” and all that Jazz.

Yes, that’s a classic RINO strategy Sen. Specter in Pennsylvania would pretend to be a conservative when his vote wouldn’t change the outcome and voting left when it mattered.

It’s too late to save DC. Even term limits won’t do it, because you have to be corrupted to even get started as a new lawmaker. Where’s the Restart button?

Where’s the Restart button? It's on Klaus Schwab's desk. Be careful what you ask for.

Ummm...in case you haven’t heard, the ballot box has been stolen, and there’s no “stealing it back”.

The Senate Republicans surrendered. Hyperinflation is coming. The Republic is in deep trouble.

Putin and Xi each have a “restart button”.
I almost hope they use it.

The ONLY thing I can think of is that almost ALL of them in Washington are sexual perverts (men and women) and have been blackmailed so that it is not revealed to prevent the locals from voting a different sexual deviant into office in his/her place.

Everyone needs to make up their own mind.
I don’t think it’s justifible to remain in the Republican
Party. At some point primaries and caucuses will come
back around, and I’d urge folks to position themselves
at that point, so that they can help choose the nominee
in 2024.
Other than that, the party can essentially die as far
as I am concerned.

Follow the link at the bottom of #43, you’ll see that Grassley AD-IA is one of the foul, disgusting, disreputable, dishonourable, wretched, worthless, sons-of-a-thousand-fathers who voted FOR this piece of dog dung of a bill.
