Laura Russo was accused of injecting teen at Long Island, New York, home without his parents' knowledge
...
A former New York high school teacher accused of injecting a teen with a COVID-19 vaccine at her home without his parents' knowledge has been sentenced to community service and probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge.
Laura Russo, 55, was arrested at the beginning of January, and authorities accused her of giving the 17-year-old, the son of someone she knew, a vaccine dose at her residence in Sea Cliff. Newsday reported that Russo later testified in a hearing that she got the dose when a pharmacist gave her expiring doses after she asked for an empty vial to use as a Christmas ornament.
Authorities said the teen later told his parents, who called police. Prosecutors had initially charged Russo with the unauthorized practice of profession, a felony with a penalty of up to four years in prison.
But on Friday, at a courtroom in Mineola on Long Island, the former science teacher at Herricks High School pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of attempting the unauthorized practice of medicine and a count of disorderly conduct.

A science teacher?
Should have been a felony DNA tampering charge.
LOL. Good ol’ NY justice.
“A science teacher?”
That, in itself, is a crime, since she obviously is science ignorant. Oh, forgot, she probably has one o’dem eddikashun degrees. Got it right off the back of a cereal box.
There is so much wrong here.
What kind of pharmacist gives away expired medication?
What king of individual would hang drug vials on their Christmas tree?
I guess if Hilary Clinton can hang dildos on her Christmas tree in the White House why not drug vials.
Justice for doing what the Regime wants. If it was an alternative treatment, she would rot in jail.
It should have been Attempted Murder to be upgraded to murder if the boy were to die before the verdict.
.
Female teacher. Vagina card pass. I doubt a male teacher would get such preferential biased treatment.
U speled edjemikaton rong!
Uneeds to gitbak to skool!

She gave the 17 y/o kid a vax at her home, w/o parental permission. Was this one of those friendships with ‘French Benefits’?
“There is so much wrong here.”
Which Covid 19 immunization did she receive? They all have parameters about how long they can be at room temperature, how much to dose, etc.
Unbelievable that she got a slap on the wrist. I hope the parents pursue this so that she loses her teaching license.
Maybe they could even file a civil suit?
How about practicing medicine without a license?
And just why did she have a 17-year-old boy at her home to begin with?
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
Someone needs to inject that teacher with an undisclosed substance.
The shot was probably inert, as were most people’s jabs which may explain why dying suddenly isn’t even worse than it is.
Rally the vigilantes.

I’m not buying this. Either she swiped the vials or if the pharmacist gave her expiring doses, the pharmacist is guilty of illegal disposal of pharmaceuticals.
So did this government on the rest of the population.
Parental consent relies on and is premised on informed consent as should have been the case when uncle sam started deciding and trying to control what is best for us.
“How about practicing medicine without a license?”
Should have been charged with that in the first place, right??
