Lying to Congress is a crime but is only selectively prosecuted. Nothing will happen to him.

Musk is calling Twitter a crime scene. I am more and more convinced he has a way to get back some of his money by exposing this or there is something in the deal details that let’s him off the hook for the inevitable lawsuits

“Technically” he didn’t lie: the Twits had a different term for it. Sigh; he still lied, as he knew damned well that both terms were used for the same practice.

He lied. But he favored dems, so there will be no prosecution as there should be.

Lets see what badasses the Republican’s are on Jan 3, 2023.

My money is....they’ll do NOTHING. Too many folks, taking too much money.

Candidate Donald Trump admitted that he threw his money around for favors and help. The folks in DC make the street whore look like an amateur.

β€œThe greatest defense for Dorsey may be found in the Justice Department itself. Any prosecution of Twitter executives could prove a hard sell for Attorney General Merrick Garland, whose department has been repeatedly accused of pronounced political bias.”

It's a company town kid, with company prosecutors, judges, and juries. Justice is whatever is best for the company.

Chronological order matters. The tweets released correlate to 2020, his testimony is from 2018. Who was shadow banned, or censored at the time of his testimony (or before)? Was he aware of it? I hope they can come up with proof and that those who were directly involved will be punished. I have my doubts.
The 2020 and 2021 treatment of President Trump came after this testimony. Bongino’s tweets were limited after his testimony as well.
