The nation could loose all of the senate and house, and still be a Republic with free citizens and a Constitution!
The Nation cannot survive those who will not stand for liberty, free and fair elections, and injustice. That’s what kills a Republic.
These people did not save the Republic or the Constitution. They helped continue with a government of the government, for the government, and by the government.
