Sen. Ron Johnson to Newsmax: FBI 'Preplanned' Sabotage of Hunter Laptop Story

The FBI interfered in the 2020 elections, not the Russians or any other foreign government, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., tells Newsmax, saying that the agency "preplanned" a "sabotage" of the Hunter Biden laptop story before it ever surface.

"I think people should find that shocking," Johnson said Monday on "Rob Schmitt Tonight" "It doesn't shock me, but the FBI had the computer, we think, as early as December 2019."

Whistleblowers, Johnson said, have said the FBI had a scheme in August 2020 to downplay any derogatory information on Hunter Biden as the presidential election approached.

"That same month they provided both Sen. (Charles) Grassley and I an unsolicited and completely unnecessary briefing," Johnson said. He believes others were getting similar briefings that included statements such as, "You might have some foreign actors, hacking computers and then spreading that around as disinformation, you know? Information on certain people like oh, I don't know, maybe Hunter Biden."

The agency, he said, was "doing everything they could to play us, to dissuade us from ever looking at the laptop."

It worked, to an extent, Johnson said, because Republicans didn't "gobble it up right away," instead going to the FBI for extensive conversations.

"They never told us a word," he said. "They never told us that they actually had (the laptop). So again, the FBI is corruption and complicity in this whole cover-up of Hunter Biden."

For this reason, and a few others, they pulled out all stops just trying to defeat his reelection. And almost succeeded.

It was close.

Just to be clear, those 51 “experts” from the “intelligence community” put out that letter regarding the laptop being Russian disinformation, about ten months AFTER the FBI took possession.

They ALL knew that the laptop and all the information was real when they, along with every media outlet that referenced that letter as evidence, collectively lied repeatedly to the American public. Anybody that questioned the letter was excoriated and portrayed as conspiracy theorists. Just like they all did when DJT announced that his campaign and his administration was spied on by the Bamster.

Sadly, since the only way the masses can hear about this is through MSM. And, as we’ve seen through the Twitter revelations, that will never happpen . . .

Two congressmen (I forget their names!) have said they are going to apply the Holman Rule when the new Congress convenes. It’s a House only action and can do that even defund down to the salaries of individuals and terminate positions. It requires a simple House majority to implement. It couldn’t have been done under Pelosi rule. They can also use budget actions but it’s a much blunter hammer.

Let’s see if they can do it.

I find it amazing that the Republicans had to use the evidence that dropped in their laps via the purchase of Twitter by the world’s richest man. All the huffing and puffing and hearings by Republicans produced nothing.

Of course, with the incontrovertible evidence now in hand, Republicans will continue to produce nothing.

It's beyond me how Sen. Johnson can affirmatively put together the latter half of his assertion "The FBI interfered in the 2020 elections, not the Russians or any other foreign government."

He does have seem to have appropriate evidence that the FBI's propagandized concoction of "all the earmarks of a Russian information operation" was a hoax, but I don't think he can reasonably infer that no other government was involved to influence the 2020 elections, particularly the presidential election. Surely he's not trying to say, for example, the evidence we have amassed concerning fake ballots that were printed in China and shipped to states such as Georgia was all fake.

There's also evidence many fake ballots were counted, despite their being printed on non-standard paper and that they could not have been official.

All these efforts, including the lab-originating, Fauci-paid-for Gain Of Function bio-weaponization were a conspiracy from the highest levels (thinking monarchy, Bilderberg, Davos, WEF, WHO, IMF, Rothschild, etc.), intended to overthrow the US in slow motion.
