If this isn’t a violation of the Constitution’s First Amendment, what is?

Ok, I got this one, it’s a violation if Republicans did it. Democrats, not so much.

Great Musk is doing this but wonder what Congress will do about it.....
Between Trump and Musk, the cabal, and “representatives of the people” are being exposed as charlatans, only interested in self preservation.

Congress?
Hands out cons, greased.

Technically it’s a political campaign asking, not the government. It’s definitely chilling speech though. It’s hard to say whether this is a loophole the Dems legally exploited.

A freeper sent me a comment earlier indicating that, since this happened while Trump was president, you can’t blame the Democrats. Or something.

It amounts to undeclared campaigning by an entity not listed as a PAC.

Technically it’s a political campaign asking, not the government. So it stopped when Brandon usurped the Presidency?

TTe Constitution is no longer an impediment for the Davos Marxists. Nor for our puppet President who's in league with their Marxist globalist goals -- at any price to the citizens he supposedly governs.
To: newzjunkey
It’s an in-kind political donation and violates federal campaign finance laws.

It was a crime. No one will go to jail for it. The laws and rules do not apply to democrats and anyone who supports democrats. When democrats break the law, all news of it is suppressed and there is no prosecution.
There is even a special set of laws for Republicans. The laws were never passed and signed. They are made up. They are used for jailing Republicans and throwing them in solitary without a trial.

I understand this is all very disconcerting and scary, but I have a few questions:
1. The DNC and the Biden Campaign Teams are not government, right?
2. Twitter is a privately owned company, correct?
3. Is this a fist amendment issue or is it a matter of corruption? Both?
I’m asking because I’m not really sure and I know we have lawyers and scholars on these threads. I also know we have trigger happy bastards on these threads who love calling folks trolls and whatnot. I’m seeking understanding, not wanting to be labeled a troll by some of the more aggressive folks, but if you bring the heat, I’ll put it right back on you.

These are domestic enemies who conspired to subvert the Constitution, specifically 1A and they should be put on trial.
