One unanswered question is whether the DNC was acting alone when it targeted conservatives for having their Twitter accounts locked, or whether the DNC was acting as a cutout, a clearing house for Congressional Democrats to give them constitutional cover for targeting their enemies for cancellation on Twitter.
Given what we know about how the DNC, Democrats, and Democrat lawyers operate the long-game, I think it's safe to assume the latter is the case.

I would love to know what Elon Musk and the Apple CEO talked about that convinced him not to remove the Twitter App from the Apple App Store.

If these were government bureaucrats pressuring twitter to cancel the accounts, then it is a 1st Amendment issue.
If it was just the DNC then it's an issue for the FEC as these can be considered in kind contributions.
But let's not kid ourselves. The GOP will do nothing in either case. Musk will do what he does.
Actually, I take it back. The GOP might join the demoncraps in persecuting Musk since the last thing they want is to have a solid majority where they might be expected to deliver on the promises they made the base, rather than just deliver showboat votes and speechify about how they are powerless to do anything.

Could the DNC be acting as a front for Congressional Democrats to give them constitutional cover for targeting their enemies for cancellation on Twitter?
We know how devious they and their lawyers are when playing the long-game.

the election is over...it's moot.
I'm now inclined to believe that the BIG TWIT was motivated by two things..
1. Put Free Speech back in the game
Reveal what can happen when it's taken out of the game...
And we have Biden...
No wonder he stayed in the basement...The media was handling his campaign.

I don’t want to sit on my rump and complain anymore. I want to do something to help fix our broken Government. And yet you have religious faith in government.
Bet that rump of yours is six-feet wide by now.

I wouldn’t be so sure of that. While the first part says Congress shall make no law....it goes much further than that.

Could the DNC be acting as a front for Congressional Democrats to give them constitutional cover for targeting their enemies for cancellation on Twitter?Come on. Congressmen browbeat the media constantly for better coverage of themselves and their issues and negative coverage of their opponents.
Whining by politicians to and about the media is as basic to our system as it gets, and is in no way a violation of the 1st Amendment unless the government in some way coerces or threatens the media outlet to say or censor something.
How many Republican congressmen have complained about the way the laptop story was handled, to the point of threatening the social media companies with regulation, breakup, etc?
Was that a crime?
