Glad to see the editorial desks are showcasing their best work in demanding made up pronouns be used, but not having a second set of competant eyeballs enforcing consistent usage. I'm sure a stealth edit is forthcoming to keep the trannies at bay.
With regard to the actual incident, this would normally be an automatic and permanent loss of clearance on its own. Of course this dude getting a clearance in the first place with his lifestyle choices would normally be out of the question, so here we are.
90% chance this magically gets pled down to some sort of nothing charge like misdemeanor shoplifting or something... and a further 90% chance the prosecutor manages to "forget" to show up on the day of the trial and the charges get dismissed altogether.

This bill has huge ramifications for the Christian churches. Just substitute churches for the cake baker who refused to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple. The homos literally bankrupt the bakery . There will be a massive flow of money backing gay couples who be suing the churches for discrimination!
