There's a great scene in a Fawlty Towers episode where a psychiatrist guest,after having witnessed a bit of Basil's irrational behavior,tells his physician wife (in that upper crust British way) "there's enough material there for an entire conference".

Those same words can be used to describe just about everyone that The Big Guy's puppet masters have appointed to do his dirty work.
