Liberals still want to pretend, or pretend to pretend, that the “Great Replacement Theory” isn’t real or happening, even when it plays out right in front of them.
That includes the Democratic leader in the U.S. Senate arguing that America needs open borders and amnesty for illegal immigrants because Americans aren’t “reproducing” enough, as well as the dismissal of the top election official in left-wing San Francisco getting booted to advance “racial equity.”

Open borders are real as is reverse discrimination. I knew we were in serious trouble when Clinton had Cloward and Piven at one of their bill signings. Then came racist Obama and his buffoon Biden.

If Americans ever decide they’ve had enough (at least a sizable number of them), things could get ugly real fast. The question becomes will they?
I think self segregation is more likely than full on fighting.
Non whites, and white cucks, in the cities…whites in the burbs and country.
There will always be outliers and exceptions.
I don’t think the leftists will let everyone else segregate away from them. They’ll find their way into the suburbs. I live in a county in Central Texas, in a suburb away from Austin, that went +9.5% for Trump in 2016. This month, the county barely (by 0.55%) voted for Abbott over Beto, and barely voted *against* Lt. Gov Patrick and AG Paxton. We’ll be thoroughly screwed in 2024.
It sounds like you might be the unlucky recipient of California relocations.
The Great Replacement is not a theory.
We *are* California relocations (due to family moving here). No one in the family is voting DEM. But it appears the women here are almost lock-step voting for DEMs or the most left-leaning candidates. Saving a useless Metro service to our area. Voting overwhelmingly for bond issues. It’s like being back in Silicon Valley again. :(

I thought about this too. But living in California and knowing how justice works here, I doubt he'd win.
There was a similar case in Orange County (CA) a few years ago - White guy was passed over repeatedly for promotion by lesser qualified blacks, hispanics, etc. Case went to a "jury of his peers" made up of...blacks, hispanics, illegals, etc. They said they didn't see any discrimination at all, none at all, even though it was blatant. He lost his case.

It’s flatly illegal to fire/not renew the contract if someone because of their race. The question will be whether the guy decides to sue

I haven’t given that problem much thought. How much of a problem is it? Is having fewer people here a problem? Does it have to do with the distribution of ages? Are we supposed to think that bringing in unskilled, unknown people is the cure?
