I can’t speak from a managers perspective but what I see on the ground are stores with storage pods around then each Walmart I’ve seen must have 20 of them for the excess freight.
I understand the back rooms are so jammed with freight it’s impossible to move.
And there is more work to do than people willing to work.
Why all the freight in stores afraid of the rail strike next month or the shortage of diesel fuel people are talking about who knows?

Yes, everyone that can, should carry everywhere they legally can. If you can carry, and have a firearm to carry, then don’t and something happens that you might have stopped, you will have to live with the results. Assuming you are not a victim yourself.
