House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's pledge to block Democratic Reps. Eric Swalwell, Adam Schiff and "Squad" member Ilhan Omar from committees next Congress drew a strong response from the lawmakers.
Omar, a Minnesota Democrat who has been accused of making antisemitic statements, claimed that McCarthy's pledge was just another example of her being targeted by Republicans.
"From the moment I was elected, the Republican Party has made it their mission to use fear, xenophobia, Islamophobia and racism to target me on the House floor and through millions of dollars of campaign ads," said Omar. "McCarthy’s effort to repeatedly single me out for scorn and hatred—including threatening to strip me from my committee—does nothing to address the issues our constituents deal with. It does nothing to address inflation, health care, or solve the climate crisis."

This should just be the beginning.
First, strip Schiff, Swallwell and Omar of their seats on intelligence and foreign relations committees. Add anyone else to the list that you suspect.
Next, strip them of their security clearances. They should never, ever have access to sensitive data or briefings.
First, we’ll see if McCarthy does it. No faith there, but who knows.
Second, who cares what they think? Omar the brother-marrying POS shouldn’t even be in this country, and Fang-Fang Swallow-well shouldn’t be in Congress.
Agree 100%. The fact that she still sits in Congress and remains a citizen, and he still sits on the Intelligence Committee are two things that force me to understand just how broken our government is.
