House Republicans elected Rep. Tom Emmer (R-Minn.), the chief of their campaign team,to be House majority whip in a closed-door conference vote on Tuesday, ending a closely-fought race with Reps. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) and Drew Ferguson (R-Ga.).
The conference separately voted to elect Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) as majority leader by voice vote. Scalise had been serving as minority whip. Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) was elected Speaker-designate. A vote on the House floor will eventually determine the Speakership.

Emmer is beyond RINO and almost a democrat... supported Buttigieg’s racist interstate program. He also worked for a Soros organization that was/is attempting to get the electoral college replaced. Liberal voting record.

He made some spending and policy decisions that cost seats. McCarthy is a f***ing joke. Look at Majewski’s article on how he wasn’t supported unless McCarthy’s political team ran the campaign.

During the time of Daily Adam Schiff press conferences about ‘Russia, Russia, Russia’ I called Emmer’s office and told them he needs to speak out more—grab the microphone from Schiff, if necessary!
I guess doing nothing and remaining silent is what gets you ahead in the GOP.
