Lindsey Graham Calls for a Hold on Senate Leadership Vote Until After Georgia Runoff
Breitbart ^ | 14 Nov 2022 | PAUL BOIS

Posted on 11/14/2022 11:51:44 AM PST by conservative98

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) joined the chorus of Republicans calling for a delay on any Senate leadership votes until after the Georgia runoff.

Graham announced in a tweet on Sunday a vote prior to the Georgia runoff would be unfair to Republican Herschel Walker if he were to beat Raphael Warnock.

In light of [the Georgia senate] runoff, it would be appropriate to delay Senate leadership elections until we know who is in the Senate Republican Conference. I totally agree with Senator [Ted Cruz] that to do otherwise would be disrespectful to [Herschel Walker].”

The GOP *lost* the Senate during a time of high inflation, unreliable energy policies, increasing crimes (especially in the suburbs), and poorer school performances. There is *NO* leadership for the GOP in the Senate.

.
That’s big of him.

Seems like common sense.

.
McConnell didn’t want to pay a couple hundred more in checks last tine in GA on the Eve of the Election, only to spend Trulluins with Joe Biden.

Similarly, Lindsey refused to spend $25 Billion on the wall but gleefully spent Trillions with Joe. And he said to double the FBI’s budget and the money Ukraine requested.

We didn’t lose the senate, we didn’t gain the senate

Can’t lose something you didn’t have

And yes, we do need new leadership, but that won’t happen

Voting now is to act like as if we had legit elections decided on election night and all the players were in place.

Wait till the dems steal the runoffs, then vote. At least give us the illusion of having a chance to vote Bitch out.

This book has already been written.

Names please to replace Mitch.

We need to develop a strong Republican leader in the Senate.

Josh Hawley is the guy I’d pick. Rand Paul is my favorite U.S. Senator, but I don’t think he’d get on board to push out a fellow Kentucky senator.

Sen Scott, S Carolina wants to have an interview with Walker..
Let them work on it.

Gov Kemp is the one who gave the senate to the dems 2 yrs ago. and here we are again in Georgia.

Playing with how our country goes and how the economy goes and whether a family can afford even the grocery store... is in our minds... the politician who could care less for the people.. are the problem. both parties should be broken apart.

Is Lindsey proposing a 15 week ban on selecting Senate leadership?

Best (Unlikely): Hawley, Ron Johnson, Rand Paul.

Likely: R. Scott, Barrasso, or Thune (the latter two would run only if McTurtle somehow declines to run due to scandal or illness).

Here comes the turd sandwich. Hold the sauce.

of course he does if they can control the corruption that is controlling the whole thing...

He’s the better choice. The dems have turned into something even John Kennedy would have a problem with.

That’s because of RINO Mitch McConnell and his ilk.

We need a new Minority Leader that is younger. More articulate. Has a positive agenda. Has a legislative program to promote. And that will back ALL candidates going into 2024.

Muddy Waters classic:

You Can’t Lose What You Ain’t Never Had

Had money in the bank,
I got busted, people ain’t that bad

You can’t spend what you ain’t got,
You can’t lose some little girl you ain’t never had

okay.. tell us how they can not allow Walker to win.

I want to get this on record that the dems do cheat big time. otherwise the dem candidate is the worst one ever... it hurts to think people would vote for such..

And there was something screwy going on in several states... People are not that dumb...
