Trump Launches Attack Blaming Mitch McConnell, Calls His Wife “Coco Chow”
The Free Press -- Tampa ^ | November 13, 2022 | Mike Jenkins

Posted on 11/13/2022 3:24:52 PM PST by karpov

Earlier this month, former President Trump said that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) should be impeached if he backs a plan for the debt ceiling to be eliminated over fears that House Republicans could cause the U.S. to default on the nation’s credit.

When asked by conservative radio host John Fredericks about chatter surrounding the possibility of Congress effectively eliminating the debt limit, the former president lambasted the idea.

On Sunday, following the Democrat’s win and maintaining Senate control, Trump went on the attack.

“It’s Mitch McConnell’s fault. Spending money to defeat great Republican candidates instead of backing Blake Masters and others was a big mistake,” Trump said Sunday. “Giving 4 Trillion Dollars to the Radical Left for the Green New Deal, not Infrastructure, was an even bigger mistake. He blew the Midterms, and everyone despises him and his otherwise lovely wife, Coco Chow.”

With Democrats maintaining Senate control, this keeps the path open for Biden to have his judicial and administrative appointments confirmed, even if the Republicans take the House majority.

Control of the US House still hangs in the balance and may not be determined for some time with ballots left to be counted in closely contested races in California, as well as other states.

On Saturday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said at a press conference, “The race is now called in Arizona and Nevada. Democrats will have a majority in the Senate and I will once again be Majority Leader. This election is a victory. A victory and a vindication for Democrats, our agenda for America, and for the American people, There are three things that helped the Senate secure the majority. One, our terrific candidates, two, our agenda and our accomplishments and three the American people rejected, the anti-democratic extremist MAGA Republicans.”

“can’t believe trump got talked into having a chinese spy in the cabinet.“

Do you think that it is possible that Trump chose Elaine Chow as his transportation Secretary hoping to get a little good will from McConnell? That sure did not work out.

good technique of course, i agree, as long as they don’t backstab you.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. so many people backstabbed trump, that they keep recycling, now that little marco and lying ted is back in trump’s good grace, i hope they don’t do it again.

DeSantis is great at building relationships with other people.

What people would they be?

Florida is overwhelmingly Republican. So, would those people be like minded folks or an army of liberal, democrats like the ones in DC and states like California, NY, Wash, Oregon, etc who thumbed their noses at Pres Trump, sued him for waking up in the morning and tried to obstruct everything he did?

All of a sudden those folks are going to fall over for DeSantis? Those folks are all about mail in voting, puberty blockers, shots, masks and CRT. Everything Florida took a stand against.

All of a sudden they’ll see the light and want to work with DeSantis? Sure.

As Ive said before. He does a great job. So would you if the voters, legislature, county commissions, city councils, school boards, cops and everyone else thought like you did and supported everything you and the legislature pushed.

Everyone is in a tizzy over the fact that he’s pushes back on the press. He wasn’t the first.

DeSantis’ biggest backer, aside from you says: He wants to improve the diversity of the GOP and blunt the vein of populism that has complicated the party’s relationship with the corporate world — two things he’s consulted with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy about.

If you think diversity is more important and the GOP getting cozy with corporate America, again, over the American people and consulting with that POS, McCarthy, is a good thing, vote for who you want.

I know where my vote is going. Time will tell.

Your post is a great post too. These people really have the brains of woke children. Hey, that's mean, I hate you.

Yet they want to act as if Trump is the child in the room. Boy, do they need to look inward examination to see who the children really are here.

I communicate with a lot of realtors, as one of them is a high school friend. None have I ever met, as they all live back in Md., or at least once lived there and now may live in Florida, Texas or other states. Most are like these people who think Trump has lost it, rather than understanding that we are about to lose this nation. Like having a leader who goes along to get along and be loved will save this nation, when it is those very types who have brought this nation to its most perilous point ever in its history.

This is not weakness from President Trump.
This is bold leadership.

What leadership? The taunting like a 13 year old is not leadership. It’s boorish.

Trump is a racist and that’s not ok. We have to dump him.

Trump's accomplishments include putting a black man in his cabinet, pushing through a prison reform measure that benefits blacks, boosting support for historically black colleges and pursuing policies that reduced the black unemployment rate to the lowest in history. So explain to us how Trump is a racist.

Well, I read a few years ago that he was in China. Maybe it was her grandfather who was also involved with the shipping Co. When I have more time, I’ll look it up. Thanks for the info.
