Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is vowing to push Russian forces from Ukraine after Kyiv retook the strategic city of Kherson.
“We will see many more such greetings,” Zelensky said in his nightly address on Saturday. “In those cities and villages that are still under occupation. We don’t forget anyone, we won’t leave anyone. Thanks to our defense operations and diplomacy, we will definitely reach our state border — all sections of the internationally recognized border of Ukraine.”

Even those of Russian descent don’t want yo be under Putin and the Kremlin.
In the 1991 referendum to leave the USSR, the lowest percentage for leaving was in Crimea 54%. The majority in each of the occupied oblasts want to stay with Kyiv not the Kremlin
Thank you for posting these
Troops? Zero. Lots of Americans were involved in logistical support, intelligence etc.
They did so, because the Nazis, which people like you refuse to acknowledge even exist, were physically intimidating with continuous violence, as well as, the decree to not allow Russian to be taught in schools, and even to make it illegal to speak Russian in public.
That's the "Democracy" you are supporting, foolishly.
If I understood Denys Davydov’s youtube video yesterday, Moscow has already ordered the evacuation of Southern Kherson region as well.
Apparently it would be very hard to defend. The bridges to Crimea are already within HIMARS range so Ukraine could cut the supplies to Russian troops again just like they did in Northern Kherson region.
Zelensky’s in luck - Biden’s willing to bankrupt our county to protect Ukraine’s borders (not that ‘jobs for the elite’s drug-addicted whore-monger sons are a factor...)
All of that money (what is not laundered back to DC) buys this,

You forgot to remember the globalist Ukrainian cannon fodder.
“Troops? Zero. Lots of Americans were involved in logistical support, intelligence etc.”
Yep. Like I have never heard that story before.
But of course, you have way more knowledge of Ukraine and foreign policy than I.
russian losses were massive in WW2, but they won because they were determined to free their country. Sound familiar?
Reports are that 200,000 Ukraine troops participated in the victory at Kherson.
Now that they are freed up it is interesting to think where Ukraine goes next:
1) Cross the river and continue through Kherson. The river crossing is hard, but as you mentioned the Ukrainian artillery range advantage will let them exert control over the left bank.
2) Into Kherson from the east. The big prize here would be the nuclear plant. Challenge is the wide open plains are hard to advance on.
3) Push south and liberate Mariupol. Would be a great propaganda victory
4) Push against Donetsk itself. The city is only a few miles from the front, it is well defended but would probably be the greatest hit to Russian morale.
5) Continue into northern Lunhansk. The Russians have still not managed to stabilize the front there after the Ukrainian victories in the Kharkiv offensive. The easiest front for Ukraine to advance on, but also the least to be gained.
Hold on to your wallets.
Excellent food for thought!
Crimea is cut off from supplies already. And the psychological blow of losing Russia's first occupied region, would be immense.
I don't know what they will do. I'm just glad to see them keep advancing and pushing Russia out.
I'm hoping the existing House will go ahead and appropriate another $50 billion for Ukraine before Congress changes.
A clear message that we are going to keep funding Ukraine is important to convincing Russia to give up this war.
It does. A massive allied force of current NATO members attacked Russia without provocation and a massive bloodbath was the result. I’m surprised you made the connection. Rest assured, every single Russian is very much aware of the similarities. The only difference to the Russians is the frontier was far enough away from Moscow in ‘41 that they were able to absorb the initial blow and prevail. Now they know the attacking force is but a day’s tank ride from Moscow.
Oh, wait....
That's funny, Soviet Union was just minding its own business...
In 1939 the German–Soviet victory parade took place in Polish town of Brest-Litovsk. As allies, Russians-Nazis celebrated liberating Poland from the Poles
