I’ve read several columns and listened to a couple podcasts on ranked choice and still do not entirely understand it.
What is certain is that unless I vote for those I may not support at all, my vote is tossed away.
This cannot be constitutional, yet I’m not aware of any lawsuits against this obamanation.

"50% voting for Measure 114, Statewide."Doesn't matter. It is wildly unconstitutional. The same genius process that would pass a law that Pi is limited to 3.14

In Oregon, not a chance. If someone says they are a citizen, they aren’t questioned, even if they can’t speak English.

The way they give out drivers licenses, social security cards etc to all comers there is no way. I couldn’t prove I was a citizen except for my birth certificate.

Understood. It speaks volumes about tbe Oregon electorate, though. I’d have thought it would go down 3:2.
