United States District Judge Carl Nichols has ordered a stay of Steve Bannon's prison sentence, pending appeal. Bannon was sentenced to 120 days for contempt of Congress for not complying with a subpoena from the January 6 Committee.
The Order Staying Sentence Pending appeal reads that "the Court finds that the Defendant, Stephen K. Bannon, (a) is not likely to flee or pose a danger to the safety fo any other person or the community if released and (b) that his appeal is not taken for the purpose of delay but rather raises substantial question of law that is likely to result in a reversal or an order for a new trial."

Yehaw!!! More bannon on war room!!!! PTL!
Excellent!
If I was the House Speaker come 1 week from today (time to get all votes counted, hopefully), I would meet with the Senate Majority Leader (hopefully Scott) and tell him “let’s go down to the White House and tell Biden that if he wants to get ANY bill passed for 2 years he MUST fire Christopher Wray and Garland IMMEDIATELY.
Good news for Bannon, now if we can get due process for the 1/6 political prisoners.
‘It’s voting night Mr President we have to shelter in place until the all clear is sounded’
I can only imagine what they tell El Residenté Joey in his altered state of consciousness.
NEVER GET TIRED OF ........ WINNING!!!
That’s a win for the good guys.
By the time appeals are exhausted, the GOP will be running the House.
The judge must have noticed the initial stages of the ‘red tsunami’ and decided to play for the winners instead of the losers.
And all of the others in the SES, CIA, NSA along with the weasels they reinstated at the FBI. Then maybe a single bill would be allowed to pass. Oh, and the offer is only good for 7 days.
That would be a good plan!
I missed the part where Judge Hoyt has to report to jail until he names his FBI handler.
The Deep State fears the combination of Bannon and a microphone.
Good news
