I thought “there are no Trump or Obama judges”? So said John Roberts, and the media applauded him...and then always use the term, and always hide the ones appointed by Democrats.

Good ruling-—government can’t tell RELIGIONS what they can and can’t do to protect themselves. It’s essentially government infringing on religion.

Strangely, the New York legislature made all private property "no-gun" zones unless the property owner explicitly posted the property as allowing concealed carry, but took away that ability from houses of worship. Under the law, it is illegal to conceal carry into a house of worship, even with permission from the religious leadership.

This ruling simply returns that control to the owners of the private property in question.

Not “gun rights restored” but “a blow to gun restrictions”

We all know MY and California will be the first no gun zones - just a matter of time. And they always expect the nation to follow their lead - it shouldn’t. But they have so many protest groups in both states they organize to make it seem like it’s the entire nation....and the media plays right along.

Trump judge John Sinatra Jr. of the Western District of New York did it his way.

On any day a gun restriction is over-ruled, it’s a good day.
