The crazy circle here if these massive perks were paid through the company as it is alleged, it is a tax write down. Same as if it went out as a “benefit.” It is still a tax write down.
The question becomes for the tax folks is/was it income to the employee. The employee is required to pay tax on that income. And the Trump Org would have to pay payroll tax too.
If Trump Org considered it a business expense there’s no additional tax to be paid by Trump Org. Worst case is they needed to submit a 1099 to the employee. But in the long run, it is up to the employee to report said compensation whether the company supplies a 1099 or not.

This is silly. A guy with Trump’s wealth would have been under the IRS magnifying glass audit every year. If I ran the IRS, I’d be auditing Congress for Soros payoffs.
They can say it all they want. It’s NY, and NO ONE BELIEVES ANYTHIHG COMING OUT OF THAT PILE OF CRAP.

Trump should immediately sue anyone and everyone involved for defamation and wrongful prosecution and deprivation of civil rights under color of law.
And no other company has done this ever

If Trump got away with cheating for 15 years, the IRS and the New York State Department of Extortion (or whatever they call the tax collection gestapo in NY) should begin by firing all their accountants, investigators and lawyers. And the political hacks who gave them their marching orders.
Trump and The Trump Organization have been under more-or-less continuous audit since forever. The lynch mob keeps redefining terms and moving the goalposts. We need a lot of tar and feathers, and not for Donald Trump.

Tax avoidance is an American tradition older than the United States itself.
I don’t believe a single word. Democrats are the most vile steaming pieces of excrement on earth. Every single one of them.
Lets not forget that perfectly legal loopholes have also becomes a means of ‘cheating’ to the tax the rich types. Im sure what she calls cheating amounts to nothing in the real world. This is another L for these folks. The idea is to just keep on suing and suing and suing. Maybe some day he’ll be able to sue them back for frivolity.
